Black Coffee has spoken out on allegations of domestic violence against his ex-wife Mbalenhle Mlothswa popularly known as Enhle Mbali.
The DJ says Enhle is using Gender Based Violence as means to separate him from his children’s lives.
“It is truly regrettable that she has chosen to mislead the public using the name of GBV and seeking a protection order against me to sperate me from my children and our home”, said Black Coffee.
The DJ says the divorce has been a journey of endless lies and falsehoods. He boldly claimed that he did not assault Enhle.
“Divorce is never easy but for us it has been especially painful and I’ve spent the last 3 years in and out of intense therapy to deal with it privately. Everyday I am attacked by relentless lies and falsehoods. I DID NOT ASSAULT HER”, said Black Coffee.
Black coffee tweeted that he abides to the interim order, however he will oppose a permanent protection order to stop him from visiting their family home.

In the name of respect and dignity for my family and my children I've been quiet but now I feel a need to speak.— Black Coffee (@RealBlackCoffee) April 13, 2021
GBV is major issue in our country, every day we read about horrendous crimes committed by men against women and children.
Yesterday, Black Coffee and Enhle appeared before the Magistrate’s court where judgement was reserved for the protection order sought against him.
Enhle accused black of domestic violence where she was allegedly slapped on the wrist during an argument at their family home last month.
